For small business owners and large corporations alike, Workspace 101’s experience in office planning, design, and furniture makes them valuable to work with to create equitable and healthy office environments. Workspace 101 is right there from the beginning to help clients make their dreams a reality.
We're open about who we are, meaning our relationship with you is built on trust. Workspace 101 truly is a family. We treat everyone who works with us with respect, and this extends to our clients. Our aim isn’t just to sell you furniture, it’s to work with you to design a space in line with who you are as a company that supports your team values.
We keep you in the know, so you understand your space just as well as us. It’s not enough for us to just come in, do our thing, and leave. We’re known for sitting down with you and explaining exactly why we make the decisions we do, so that you come out the other side understanding your workspace better than ever.
We stay up-to-date with innovations, so we can build the office your company deserves. Companies need to create environments that support the people that work there, and to us, the design of the office plays a key part in that. We take advantage of current innovations that allow your office to become the healthy and equitable workplace it should.
From June-August of 2023, I worked as a copywriter intern at FABLE Branding + Advertising, an agency whose environment and people set the bar extraordinarily high for any future jobs I might have. I worked with three other interns - Danny Thompson (art direction), Abigail Steuart (strategy), and Madeline Gore (account management) - to create from scratch a new branding package for Workspace 101, a Chesterfield office design firm and furniture dealership. We met with the owners of the company, Shane and April Young, and their sales and marketing director, Austin Greer, to get to know them in order to create a more fitting rebrand. We spent a while ironing out details and created a complete branding package consisting of logos, secondary marks, a color scheme, and a selection of fonts to be used on their website and other branded material, as well as a verbal identity.
As a copywriter, my task was to write a verbal identity after finalizing a creative brief. This was my first time working on a branding project, and I couldn't have asked for a better team or a friendlier client. I had a lot of fun with this project, and I hope to do more branding work in the future. You can visit the website where this material is live at workspace101.com.
